Welcome to Zixuan Peng (彭子轩)'s Personal Website!
Introduction
Zixuan is a fourth-year Physics PhD candidate, with an emphasis in Astrophysics, at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). Zixuan received his B.S. in Physics with a minor in Astronomy from UCSB in 2021. He is interested in the interface between theoretical and observational work in galaxy formation and evolution. His current research focuses on the dynamics of galactic winds and the chemical evolution of Extreme-Emission-Line Galaxies, which are local analogs of high-redshift galaxies during the Epoch of Reionization.
